About the Role:

Please be aware that this is a full-time, permanent position, and seasonal placements will not be considered.

• Based in our busy store, you will act as the face of Vodafone, dealing with customers queries and looking for new opportunities to upsell and cross sell Vodafone products and services
• During each interaction you will profile customers to fully understand their wants and needs before pitching the best solution to them with confidence
• You will help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently while tracking sales performance and targets
• You will ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and contracts are compliant
• The store is open Monday to Sunday, so weekend availability is a must.
