Job Purpose: To take responsibility for the management of all tachograph installation to fulfil the requirements of the Company in relation to our Operator's Licence.

Specific Qualifications / Job Training

• Preferred - electrical / mechanical knowledge

Specific Experience

• Experience in a similar position preferred but not essential
• Computer literacy essential
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Demonstrate an interest in EU Drivers Hours and Tachograph legislation
• Able to working unsupervised and manage own work

Specific Skills

• An effective communicator with good telephone manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills, able to interact at all levels both internal and external
• Team player with a flexible 'Can Do' attitude
• Ability to follow management instructions
• Timekeeping and organisational skills

Company/Industry Knowledge

• Interested in working in a multi-disciplined environment
• Interested in the UK road transport and logistics industry

Specific Key Accountabilities

• Installation and fault diagnostics Tachographs.
• Installation of cameras
• Installation of tracker units
• Installation of Telephones
• Work flexibly which will require some weekend working as the role will involve some travelling between depots
• Carry out other duties as required to ensure the smoothing running of the department
