We have a fantastic opportunity for a Back of House/ Grounds Person here at the Hodson Bay Hotel.

This is a full time role, currently Tuesday to Saturday, however we may be flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation of food, beverages, and sundries.

Maintain cleanliness of hotel grounds, bar and recycling yards.

Perform power washing and window cleaning as required.

Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory management.

Responsible for Recycling as part of the Green Team.

Follow and execute tasks outlined in the General Upkeep document according to a monthly schedule.

Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.

Work independently and take initiative when required.

Any other duties required by management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent/basic level of spoken and written English
• Proven experience working as part of a team
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
