Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate & Schedule Services: You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient schedules that provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
  • Optimise Schedules: Craft effective schedules that consider travel time, holidays, training, and any last-minute changes.
  • Adapt & Collaborate: Quickly adapt to changes in the schedule and work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Match Clients & CARE Professionals: Work with the client services team to assign the right CARE Professionals to new clients and arrange seamless introductions.
  • Build Relationships: Foster consistent, meaningful relationships by aligning clients with CARE Professionals who fit their needs and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and care teams to meet staffing requirements and ensure timely scheduling of care packages.
  • Maintain Records: Enter and update all client and CARE Professional information in our electronic scheduling system to ensure accuracy.
