Job Description
As the D365 CE Consultant you will provide strategic direction and own the design of Insights’ Dynamics365 solution.
What you will need:
- An expert understanding of CE and Dual Write
- Take ownership for the design and utilisation of the Dynamics365 solution.
- Develop and own a roadmap of changes and enhancements for Insights’ instance of Dynamics365.
- You will ensure that the configuration, customisation, and utilisation of Dynamics365 drives process efficiencies, and creates new opportunities to improve Customer Journeys and Experience.
- You will work closely with Microsoft to understand future D365 capabilities to ensure Insights are getting the best from their investment.
- Provide leadership and direction to the CE Developer
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to evolve the D365 solution
