You will work with some of the biggest suppliers and brands to onboard them onto Frasers Group Websites via Dropship operating model. You will work with internal and external stakeholders while proactively liaising with partners achieving speedy onboarding, mitigating risks, and identifying process and product data improvement opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to deliver the absolute best that they can, keeping innovation at the forefront.

Duties include:

• Holding technical discovery meetings with partners to access their capabilities to onboard as a dropship partner
• Hand-holding partners during the onboarding process, making sure all data is flowing though the systems correctly, including handling test orders and returns
• Being a technical point of contact during and post onboarding for our Dropship partners an d owning all onboarding workstreams
• Gathering requirements for the onboarding and co-ordinating across teams to ensure this is delivered in a timely fashion.
• Making sure that product data and imagery are up to the expected standard
• Helping partners with product data enrichment and education of importance of it prior to launching it online
• Executing daily site checks
• Ensuring any documentation and tooling required is updated in a timely fashion.
• Seeking continuous improvement opportunities and proactively seeking to implement these.
