We're looking for an Operations Manager Gaming to join our Grosvenor Luton Casino; a vibrant venue with an exciting new sports betting lounge, making it a fantastic leisure destination for our customers. Responsible for gaming activities in the Casino, including all Table Gaming and Electronic Gaming, your role will be to support the General Manager in the delivery of an efficient gaming operation that excites and entertains our customers.

You will;

  • Deliver an excellent product and customer experience whilst upholding the principles of safer gambling through all gaming activities in the Casino.
  • Drive performance of the casino measured against targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics.
  • Champion values - Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility & Solutions
  • Help to build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence and a quality product.
  • Recruitment, training and development of a strong Gaming Team with personal Development Plans in place for direct reports
  • Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability; review labour costs and contracted hours for the gaming team
  • Ensure your casino complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements; be a champion for safer gambling
  • Perform Duty Manager responsibility as per the weekly management rota.
  • Conduct/Record EDD and RG conversations with customers
  • Be responsible for Customer Experience and Satisfaction Targets
