Position: Home Instead Care Professional

Location: Swansea (On the road)

Required Hours: Full-Time (Hours to be agreed)

Salary: £24,960+ (Pro-Rata)

Your Role:

  • Assist clients with outings, shopping, and community group access
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support mobility and physical therapies
  • Administer medications and ensure clients follow treatment plans
  • Aid with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the office team
