Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30pm and will be required to work up to 2 weekends a month with the days given back in Lieu.

As the Senior Trainer, you will be part of a team of trainers in the TV and Audio division, reporting to the Training Team Manager. You will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both Internal and External partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, roadshows, events and live streaming via live online broadcasting.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the individual to be well planned and organised with the ability to manage their own diary and planning within the business needs. You will be responsible for staff knowledge within a defined set of accounts but will also be expected to work closely with and support colleagues to cover National and Key Independent accounts, with the overall objective to increase advocacy and awareness, and ultimately drive sales of Samsung TV and audio products in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product/sales training, coaching, and mentoring
• Delivery classroom and shop floor training session
• Maintaining and Managing Samsung Training centre
• Ensuring training centre is ready to train for all team members and ensuring all rooms are stocked and displaying correct models.
• Testing of equipment (TV, audio devices and related content) to ensure our products are at training readiness (technical TV and audio device training will be provided).
• To work with our Training Content Team to create courses
• Training needs analysis to identify and deliver learning opportunities.
• To compile business-level reporting and proposal documents.
• To ensure that all courses are delivered in-line with Samsung brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategy from the TV/AV Division.
• Autonomous timeline management for visibility and delivery of projects.
• To be considered a professional within your field & possess the desire to add value.
• Any other task within the scope of Senior Trainer
