A dynamic automotive dealership is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Genius. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cars and technology, eager to share their expertise with customers. The Product Genius will provide in-depth product knowledge, assist customers with vehicle features, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and technology to customers.
- Assist customers with product queries and provide detailed information.
- Work alongside the sales team to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify market opportunities
- Stay updated on the latest products and technology.
