Job Brief

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual content, including social media posts, marketing materials, and merchandise designs. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bristol, UK, with a workload of 40 hours per week. The shift will be Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.

Job Duties
  • Create visually appealing and brand-consistent social media content, including posts, stories, and banners, to engage our audience across various platforms.
  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and online ads that align with our brand identity and support our promotional campaigns.
  • Develop merchandise designs, including apparel, and promotional items, that reflect our brand's unique aesthetic and resonate with our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all design projects, ensuring that all content adheres to Weredog's brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into your work to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Compensation

We are offering a starting wage of £14 an hour.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including social media, marketing materials, and merchandise.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.
  • Experience in the adult toy industry or similar fields is a plus but not required.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.
