Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles following company standards.
• Diagnose vehicle faults and report them to the Service Manager.
• Replace components, lubricants, and consumables.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe environment.
• Perform tasks efficiently within Mercedes Benz service and repair times.
• Advise on vehicle servicing and future requirements.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Commitment to ongoing training and development, particularly in EV products.
