The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This role will focus on using inbound and outbound marketing strategies, events, paid media, email marketing, and content creation to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Reporting to the Global Demand Generation Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and alliances teams to deliver successful campaigns that align with company goals.

Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Execution: Support the marketing team in the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid search, social media, events, and content.

  • Event Marketing Support: Drive lead generation and pipeline growth by supporting the promotion and execution of events, ensuring a well-rounded multi-channel strategy for pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities.

  • Lead Nurturing: Help execute email marketing and nurture campaigns to guide leads through the marketing funnel. Creating content that supports conversion rate optimisation across website, review sites (e.g. ApExchange, G2) and events.

  • Paid Media Support: Assist with the setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Creating ad copy and using tech stacks such as Adobe to support graphic creation where relevant.

  • SEO and Website Optimisation: Continuously optimise and create website landing pages, blogs, and resources to increase organic lead generation and maximise SEO performance.

  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead handoffs are seamless and follow-up strategies are in place. Align demand generation efforts with sales goals and objectives.

  • Data Admin and Reporting: Ensure lead and campaign accuracy in key platforms (Salesforce, Pardot), collaborating with sales and operations to maintain data integrity and optimize promotion efforts.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Up to 2 years of marketing experience, with exposure to demand generation, event marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing email platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to create basic graphics using tools like Adobe or Canva.
  • Some experience supporting and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with sales, marketing, and alliances teams.
  • Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to assist in managing multiple campaigns.
