The role

Due to our fantastic growth over the last 3 years, we are looking for experienced Account Managers from a property or construction background to join us on our exciting journey.

The role will be working in our brand new refurbished Account Manager hub in the buzzing area of Clapham with a full team of 18 once we have completed our mission to find our superstars! You will be managing your own accounts from bookings to invoicing and will be working in a supportive and fun environment, providing an excellent quality service to our loyal portfolio of customers.

What you will be doing

• Overseeing all job requests, ensuring the process is completed efficiently and correctly
• Daily liaison with property managers , tenants, clients and engineers to ensure everything is running smoothly and within a timely manner
• Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of engineer's skills and trades to increase productivity in jobs and minimise re-calls
• Ensuring booking confirmations are accurate and sent to clients
• Update eWorks with user friendly descriptions and to cover all points to enable the engineers to have the correct information to complete their work efficiently
• Ensure jobs are booked in the same geographical locations for efficiency
• Present, promote, and sell our services to existing accounts and prospective clients
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements

About you

• You are a true team player with bags of motivation, eager to smash your targets
• You have great attention to detail, ensuring that all of the dots are joined from booking to invoicing
• Working in a fast paced environment with a supportive team excites you!
• You are a quick learner, curious to find out more
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management while keeping a smile on your face!
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience working within a property maintenance company or within the property industry would be desirable
• Able to be office based full time during your training and probation phase
• Within a reasonable commute to Clapham North
