Our Advertising team is growing and we are actively seeking a new team member to join our dynamic group. We are actively seeking a seasoned Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive first-class support and manage all aspects of the post-sale experience. This will include campaign execution, client reporting, and working cross-functionally with key teams across the business. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising and a proven track record of managing client relationships. They will be responsible for cultivating trust with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering outstanding results. The role will be pivotal in building EFG Advertising’s reputation in the market for excellence.

What you’ll do:

Client Management (70%)

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and deep understanding of their goals
  • Provide exceptional support, by acting as the  primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns effectively
  • Own all aspects of post-sale customer experience from campaign setup, delivery and execution, and performance reporting 
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing regular updates insights and recommendations for optimisation opportunities to customers 
  • Strive for excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and improve service protocols
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience that will drive customer loyalty, retention, and EFG’s reputation for service in the marketplace

Project Management (30%)

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to deliver integrated advertising solutions 
  • Monitor campaign performance with Ad Operations for on-track delivery and proactively identity optimisation opportunities
  • Coordinate delivery of post-campaign reporting with input from cross-functional teams to evaluate performance against customer KPIs
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely monthly customer billing 
  • Play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and hygiene within the CRM system (Salesforce)

Bonus Skills

  • Experienced in managing sponsored content and influencer-led campaigns
  • Understanding of working with third-party production and creative vendors

What you need:

  • 3+ years in digital media experience, ideally in the management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Recent proven experience in client-facing role
  • Understanding of digital media delivery principals
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and through the proper escalation protocols
  • Thrives in a team-oriented, high energy, environment with minimal supervision
