We are looking for a flexible, Exercise Referral Instructor to provide support for the GP Referral Programme, giving advice on safe exercise prescription to clients and evaluating the results from the Programme. It is essential that you have a Exercise referral qualification and ideally a First Aid Certificate and a Certificate in Defibrillation. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity with strong customer service skills. Experience of working in a leisure related environment would be an advantage.

Requirements

  • An Exercise Referral qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a genuine team player and have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Computer Literacy
  • Mobility to travel across our New Forest Contract
  • First Aid at work (desirable)
  • Defibrillation (desirable)
