Tempest Resourcing is seeking a dynamic Head of Art and Photography for an OFSTED "Good" rated secondary school in Andover, Hampshire. This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead the Art and Photography department, helping to shape the school’s creative vision and inspire students from Key Stages 3 through to 5. A Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) allowance is available, recognising your leadership and commitment to the department's success.
