As the sole Digital Marketing Executive at Mo-Sys, you’ll be responsible for executing thoughtful initiatives that expand our online presence, build meaningful industry connections, and foster brand engagement. Your role will centre around refining our digital presence to maximise impact, leveraging insights to shape a cohesive brand narrative.
This is an exciting on-site position based in Greenwich, London. To support the highly collaborative nature of our Marketing team, this role is office-based. However, there is the potential for up to one day per week of home working after the probation period. There is an occasional need to travel to overseas industry events with the Mo-Sys team, though we don't anticipate this being needed more than once every six months or so.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the website’s content strategy, posting fresh material, including industry news, blogs, and event highlights.
- Conduct research and implement strategies to increase our online visibility and traffic, taking initiative to ensure continuous improvement in website performance.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, website, and email channels to drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Create and post targeted content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand image. Produce and share existing high-impact content, from blogs to website updates, with a focus on consistency and relevance.
- Monitor industry trends and initiate discussions across platforms to reinforce Mo-Sys’s position as a thought leader. Engage directly with key industry players, influencers, and partners to build and strengthen relationships.
- Plan, execute and monitor the success of email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including; list management, segmentation, and A/B testing. Optimise campaigns to drive consistent engagement and identify new outreach opportunities.
- Regularly monitor digital performance through tools such as; Google Analytics and Google Search Console, refine and adjust your strategy based on performance metrics.
- Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis, identifying key trends and potential areas for growth. Provide strategic insights to guide Mo-Sys’s digital marketing roadmap.
- Plan and coordinate digital engagement strategies for major industry events, such as IBC Amsterdam and NAB LA. Represent Mo-Sys at these events to network, engage with industry stakeholders, (occasional travel required) and promote our solutions.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as Digital Marketing Executive, Content Manager or similar required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and engagement strategies.
- Ability to utilise Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and SEO principles.
- Ability to create short-form content and manage digital campaigns.
- Passion for our products, confidence towards marketing in our industry.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess content and campaign performance.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and evolving company needs.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Interview Process:
Our interviews are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a 3-stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you will also be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment online. The final stage normally involves a visit to the office, to meet with senior members of the management team and get a feel for where you will be working.
