Position: Graduate / Assistant Site Manager – Externals on Luxury Residential – North London
Location: North London
Salary: To £45,000 + Package
Company Overview: Our client is a leading residential developer producing luxury apartments in London. They have recently started a 6 year development in North London which will produce 800 units in total along with retail, commercial and office space. This is a high specification, new build scheme.
Position: Reporting to a Project Manager, my client requires a Graduate / Assistant Site Manager to work on the basement, groundworks and RC Frames.
Individual: The successful individual will ideally come from an engineering background and be seeking to take their first or next step in management. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager driving programme and managing sub-contractors.
Our client is seeking a confident and driven candidate who is able to self-motivate and take pride in their project.
