Your new company
We are excited to work with a popular hospitality wholesalers in order to find a Learning and Development Manager who can work magic on the L&D function. They are hoping to grow their L&D team and find someone with great technical skills who will take a practical approach to training.

Your new role
In your new role you will be implementing a 'hands on' approach when training employees. You are expected to design and deliver the induction process whilst creating engaging content and learning activities, which adheres to different learning styles. You will be leading a variety of projects, interventions and workshops to support the development of employees and deliver an effective learning approach throughout it all.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in FCMG environment.
  • Technical L&D skills.
  • Can manage projects and relationships effectively.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
