A global Private Equity business based in central London currently have a need for an Interim HR Partner role on a short-term basis.
The business currently has over €17bn assets under management and operate across 8 locations. This role will provide sole HR generalist support to Senior Managers on all HR topics in the UK from ER issues, employee lifecycle to benefits renewals and payroll management.
Duties:
- Providing sole HR generalist support on all HR topics including payroll, recruitment, learning & development, ER, on/offboarding, performance management, reward and comp
- Managing the UK compliance for SMCR
- Maintaining the employee handbook, benefits booklet, EVP and all HR templates
- Providing international HR support for global projects on an ad hoc basis
- Managing visas, tracking international travel for employees and secondments
- Advising, coaching and supporting managers on employment issues
Candidate requirements:
- Professional and personable, working with absolute discretion at all times
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- End to end process management
- Non precious - happy to roll up sleeves
- Autonomous
- Prior experience working within an SME is preferred
