Learning and Development - Campus Programme Lead

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are hiring for a Digital Campus, Programme Lead to join their office in Birmingham. There will be ad hoc travel to London and other sites across the business. Our client is looking for a strong learning professional who can deliver large scale programmes across multiple stakeholders and have a proven record of learning solutions. This role will be leading a large budget and will need strong experience of launching a new modern capability campus for technology. The business will be building new technology and we need to have first class learning contact and new programmes to drive more colleague centric user experiences.

What we need:

• Design and deliver the Digital campus strategy and 3-year road map
Set up and run the governance and operating model Design and deliver a programme of world class blended learning Transform the learning cultureDesign structured learning pathwaysWork with the communications team to create and execute a communications plan that drives excitement and engagement

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong experience delivering a large scale programme and the ability to use data and insights to inform performance improvements. This role requires a fantastic communicator and an individual who can work in an agile way.
