18 month FTC - HR Transformation Programme Lead - EMEA focused

A global Financial Services business currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Transformation Programme Lead (Director level) on a 18 month FTC.

As their EMEA HR transformation programme moves to the next phase, this is an opportunity to establish a regional shared service model in their HR team and EMEA business, leveraging Workday as their core HR platform and case management tool.

Based in London, as part of the EMEA HR function and working closely with the Change Management team, you will be responsible for a specialist team of 5 individuals.

Programme:

• Phase 1 - getting service centre set up in the UK
• Phase 2 - roll out across the EMEA offices
• Phase 3 - bringing work from smaller branches into this hub
• Rolling out case management tool via Workday

Requirements:

• Nibble, agile and change/transformation focused
• Build consensus for change
• Managed the transfer of HR between countries and entities
• EMEA change experience
• Roll sleeves up - can write up a presentation, present to the business and guide stakeholders through change
• Non precious/patient/hands on
• 2 days a week in office
