HR Business Partner - Hatfield - £50-55,000 plus benefits

Our client, well known in its field, is a commercial organisation that is looking for an HR Generalist (wanting to step up to HR Business Partner) to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will:-

- Support in the execution of the Business Strategy
- Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Senior Executives
- Lead and champion the implementation of significant organisational changes
- Embed new strategies
- Interpret people analytics, data and trends
- Support key talent acquisition programmes
- Implement and lead Leadership and Development programmes

You will need the following experience:-

- A strong operational background looking to move into HR Business Partnering
- Possess problem solving and analytical capability
- Proven hands on attitude
- A background working in a commercial organisation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
