Structural Design Manager, Hampshire

My client is seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer and Structural Engineer to join their specialist team to deliver a wide range of confirmed projects over a 6 year framework. They are seeking Structural Engineers on either a permanent or contract basis.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the management of the design process and project managing to successfully delivery projects to budget and timescale.

Responsibilities

• Civil and Structural design management, including the preparation of technical drawings for a wide range of projects types and forms

• Project management for projects including the day to day management of external consultants 

• Assisting with the commercial management of projects to time and budget requirements.

•Undertaking site visits and external consultant meetings to ensure collaboration and management of programme.

• Experience of structural and civil engineering design buildings in a variety of structural forms and materials .

• Experience and understanding of multi-disciplinary design process • Experience in leading and managing projects

We are seeking Structural Engineers who hold a Degree in a relevant engineering field, and either a Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership. My client will support with both financial and personal development to achieve accreditation..
