£20,000 - £22,000/annum 25k-30k OTE

The role:

Our Research team is the springboard for a fulfilling and long-term career in Executive Search at Gillespie Manners. We’re on the precipice of tremendous growth, and we’re looking for driven, dedicated and commercially savvy individuals to join our rapidly growing organization. At Gillespie Manners, we’re committed to the professional and personal development of our workforce.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll gain valuable experience across each of our operational sectors. From Retail Hardware and Software to Supply Chain and Robotics, you’ll work with our Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to source the best talent for our clients! You’ll gain exposure to industry expertise, insight and receive coaching on project management and research methodologies.

What is Executive Search?
Executive Search is a specialised form of recruitment utilised to resource highly skilled and senior roles like CEO, CTO, CFO etc. Executive Search at Gillespie Manners is conducted on a retained basis, which means that unlike with regular recruitment, we aren't battling other agencies - we're fully retained for our services on every role we work.
