Our client based in West Bromwich Formed in 1982 as Reliant Products Ltd, has become one of the Midlands largest fabricator of PVCu products.
Factory Supervisor
This is a full-time on-site role located in West Bromwich for an Aluminium Factory Supervisor. The Factory Supervisor will oversee and coordinate production activities in the aluminium division ensuring that goods are produced timely, safely and efficiently. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 18 employees.
• Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in production and inventory management systems
• Ability to identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• An ideal candidate will have a track record for improving staff morale, increasing efficiency or for other measurable improvements in their team.
