It’s that time of year! Graduates, College Leavers, Students, Temporary Workers – We NEED You!
We have many vacancies within Customer Service and Administration – suitable for those wanting to gain experience in an office environment!
If you are looking to earn some extra money this Summer and are happy to work in a temporary seasonal role, then we want to hear from you. No interview is necessary, inductions are booked upon receipt of application.
Start: Positions running from May through to December
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Warehouse Hours: 36.25 hours per week, 8.55 – 17.10 Monday – Friday
Hourly Rate: £11.44 Per Hour + Holiday Pay (Overtime is paid at £17.16 for anything above 36.5 hours)
Customer Service / Administration Duties:
- Answering the telephone dealing with multiple customer enquiries
- Constructing emails to customers dealing with enquires and complaints
- Updating the CRM system accordingly
- Processing of sales orders
- Processing high volume emails
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have good communication skills, both written and verbal in English to be compliant with health and safety.
