Design Manager/ Technical Manager

I am hiring for a Technical/ Design Manager for a regional contractor based in Poole. Typical projects will be RC frame buildings accomodations, with some high end residential projects too.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Design Management of up to circa 3 projects
- Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams
Requirements:
- You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size
- Office based but working on site when required
- Experience in a Design role with a main contractor
- Engineering, degree or Project Management background
- Proficient in Microsoft
