My client is a leading supplier of essential equipment to Construction, Utilities and Events industries, and they now have an exciting opportunity to join their award-winning team as a Yard Operative.
You will be working in an established team, undertaking the following duties:
- Picking & packing of small and large items,
- Quality checking and cleaning of products,
- Cleaning of product & equipment in the external yard,
- Manual handling of products,
- General upkeep of the yard to ensure all health and safety risks are eliminated,
- Installations which will involve liaising with the internal customers, installation of products on sites around the UK, whilst maintaining high health and safety standards,
- A counterbalance or 7.5T licence would be advantageous.
The role will suit an individual with a great can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop their construction-based knowledge. Full training and PPE will be provided
