Job Description
The Operations Administrator provides support to the Operations Director to ensure that all jobs are scheduled into the system and arranged with the clients to allow our engineers access to their sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling in client visits in your designated area.
- Calling clients to arrange access for our engineers.
- Assisting engineers with queries.
Person Specification
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
- Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
Full in-house training will be provided for this role.
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5.00pm
