Construction Manager

The success of their business has been driven on building trusted relationships with their clients on a track record of delivering successful projects on a repeat business basis. With multiple offices across the South and North of England they are in key locations to deliver projects in Retail, Living Space, Hospitality, Commercial and Distribution.

We are hiring for a Construction Manager to be project based on a restoration of a historic Hospital in central Bristol. This will last 2 years and more work after this in the area. This is a historic Hospital and is being converted. The project will be 2 phases and external and internal packages delivered. You will be carrying out enabling works and then into structural and façade refurb with major internal repairs.

About you

• 5 years experience in a Construction Manager role
• Experienced in refurb or fit out, living spaces and commercial projects.
• Ideally located to commute to the project daily.

Package

• PAYE position with a very competitive package, which is negotiable for the right person.
