We are working with an established food manufacturing company based in Telford.  They are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a continental shift pattern in return for a salary in the region of £30,000 - £38,000 along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development.

The Production Team Leader needs to possess a strong hands-on background in leading production teams to hit and exceed targets while ensuring that quality targets are maintained.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Operators to hit production targets
• Liaise with other departments
• Complete handovers to other shifts
• Support Supervisors and Managers to achieve KPI’s
