Quantity Surveyor
Plymouth

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well renown shopfitting contractor, office based, this is a great opportunity to join an industry leading company who have a great reputation for an inclusive and outstanding team culture.
Reporting to the head of Commercial you will manage several projects, taking financial responsibility ensuring projects costs are monitored, budgets adhered to, and project costs delivered.

The role:

• Sub-contractor procurement
• Cost reporting, valuations and variations 
• Invoicing and payments
• Final accounts

To be considered you will need to have experience in a similar role, shopfitting / fit out experience would be advantageous but not essential, HNC or degree qualified, along with good IT skills and live within a commutable distance to Plymouth.

A full UK driving license will be required as some travel will be expected as sites are national.

Salary negotiable with an excellent package including; Income Protection, Private Medical Care and Life Assurance. Full use of a company vehicle and all expenses paid when visiting sites.
