Role: Contract Supervisor
Location: North London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Basic Salary)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Contract Supervisor to ensure a top quality service is provided to residents on a social housing reactive maintenance contract in London for a Leading Principle Contractor. You will oversee the responsive repairs function and ensure targets are consistently achieved by your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service by managing work schedules according to company procedures, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Represent our business at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Manager.
- Oversee the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets.
- Manage material costs efficiently, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
- Monitor work quality through inspections, inspection reports, key performance indicators analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Lead, manage, and develop your team, determining the optimal employment levels to meet service requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Responsive Maintenance as a Supervisor is essential
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
