Location: Thurleigh

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 06:00-16:30

PAYE Rate: £15-£16 p/h (Negotiable depending on experience)

Job Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Fresh Paint Polishers to join our client’s team in Thurleigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the final polish of vehicles after painting, ensuring an immaculate finish every time.

The Role:

• Undertaking the final polish of freshly painted vehicle panels on a range of vehicles.
• Rectifying any paint defects, such as runs in the paint.
• Flat and polishing vehicle panels using a handheld polisher.
• You will also be undertaking some touch in work on vehicles in this role.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an automotive bodyshop as a polisher.
• Ability to demonstrate experience and knowledge of polishing out runs and defects in freshly painted vehicle panels.
• Efficient working methods while maintaining high standards.
• Full, category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
