Wasco UK is based in Hartlepool and specialises in protective coatings for oil and gas pipelines. We are looking to appoint a Material Controller, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The role is to be employed on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage material into the business in line with production and project requirements
- Maintain internal systems and processes to ensure material traceability and control
- Control raw material cycle counts to ensure stock integrity is maintained
- Internal reporting on material available/used and readiness cross functionally
The successful candidate will have SAP experience, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills. In addition excellent Microsoft office skills are required eg Word, Excel, Project, Outlook.
