Job Responsibilities:

  • You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers ensuring you are always friendly and professional
  • Liaising with other departments when needed
  • Administration tasks when needed
  • Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.

Experience and Skills

  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic with strong communication skills
  • Hard working with a can-do attitude
  • Persuasive with good negotiation skills
  • Minimum C grade in GCSE’s Maths and English – or equivalent.
