• Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade 

• Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) with optional weekend overtime 

• Location: Wiltshire (site-based) 

• Reporting To: Project Manager 

 
We’re a Salisbury-based building and maintenance company, serving commercial and domestic clients across Wiltshire. We work in various sectors, including healthcare, education, and retail. 

The Role: 
We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade professional to handle repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade tasks on social housing void properties and commercial properties.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform carpentry tasks including bathroom/kitchen fitting, door hanging, flooring, and general repairs. 

• Utilise multi-trade skills to deliver high-quality work across various projects. 

• Handle general residential and commercial new builds, fit-outs, and refurb projects. 

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. 

• Undertake various repair and renewal works as needed. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience with references 

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Carpentry 

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workloads effectively
