• Job Title: Electrician 

• Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) with optional weekend overtime 

• Location: Wiltshire (site-based) 

• Reporting To: Project Manager 

We’re a Salisbury-based building and maintenance company, serving commercial and domestic clients across Wiltshire. We work in various sectors, including healthcare, education, and retail. 

The Role: 
We’re seeking a skilled Electrician to handle domestic and commercial electrical installations, inspections, and certifications.

Responsibilities: 

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in line with regulations. 

• Execute 1st and 2nd fix installations for various projects. 

• Perform inspections, testing, and complete necessary certifications. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. 

• Design custom circuits tailored to project needs. 

• Provide professional advice and assessments to customers. 

• Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and train apprentices. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience with references 

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (2357) including AM2 certificate 

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (City & Guilds 2382) 

• Inspection and Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent) 

• NICEIC registration (or equivalent accreditation) 

• Strong understanding of electrical regulations and installations 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Great communication skills and team spirit
