The role

At PeopleScout, we run recruitment processes for clients in all kinds of industries.

Every year, we hire over 200,000 people for them - from customer service executives. to lab techs to engineers.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you are part of a collaborative team working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout's RPO clients, providing staffing and recruitment solutions that are relied upon by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone interviews to evaluate candidates based on the role requirements
  • Scoring and evaluating candidates who have submitted video interviews
  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking in the systems
  • Managing the candidates' queries and question in relation to their applications and recruitment status
  • Building client brand by creating an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
  • Resolving problems

You dont need recruitment experience – we'll train you from day one, and have career pathways and an online learning toolkit to support you in your career development.

Working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

  • experience in using computer applications – MS Word and Excel - and internet resources, including social media
