Ristara Engineering is working in partnership with a reputable precision engineering company who are currently recruiting for a skilled reliable CNC machinist to join their team.

Due to a completely full order book and an expansive vision for the next 5 years, they are now looking for a Press Brake Operator to join there already established team.

Specialising in CNC turning, Milling, Grinding and Inspection delivering quality and satisfaction for their clients in Aerospace, Agriculture, Autosport, Marine, Medical and Rail.

Due to the nature of the market our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks (disclosure & barring service) may be required. Please also note at this time we do not offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties are required for the CNC Machinist role:

• Apprentice trained or time served machinists
• Have experience working for an aerospace manufacturer (or to very tight tolerances)
• Have experience working with Fanuc and Mazatrol control panels
• Have experience working with DMG Mori Seiki Machines
• Able to set and operate multiple CNC machines
• Experience using a STAR Sliding head desirable
• Programming experience required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering/aerospace drawings
• Must have worked on 9-12 axis machines
• Must have experience of working with exotic alloys

Qualifications and Skills are required for the CNC Machinist role:

An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable
