- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, acting as their principal advisor and ensuring their property portfolios are managed to the highest standards.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and enhancing our market presence in Bristol and the wider region.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of property management activities, including compliance, financial performance, and client reporting.
- Innovation & Growth: Drive innovation in property management practices, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- A proven leader with extensive experience in commercial property management and a track record of success in a senior role.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
- MRICS qualification is essential, along with a deep understanding of the property market in Bristol and the UK.
