My client are a leading innovative marketing agency based in the heart of the Thames Valley, specialising in creating insight-led, imaginative, and technically advanced retail solutions for some of the world's leading global brands. They are renowned for their expertise in delivering cutting-edge retail solutions. Due to their success and growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to manage a team and lead various maintenance and installation projects.

Role Overview:

As a Logistics / Maintenance Manager, you will have ultimate responsibility for all elements of planning, coordination, control, and reporting of all maintenance projects. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to a high level of quality, while managing multiple projects with moving deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
  • Resource Estimation: Assess internal and external resource and material requirements.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure cost efficiency and deadline adherence.
  • Service Level Improvement: Monitor and enhance service levels for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control programs.
  • Health & Safety: Collaborate with the H&S Lead on Project H&S, Risk, and Method Statements.
  • Team Administration: Manage team administration including scheduling, fines, uniforms, travel, training, permits, out of hours support, job uploads, and validation.
  • Vehicle Management: Oversee vehicle logistics and insurance.
  • System Management: Ensure the team updates jobs and all commercial elements in OSCAR (companies proprietary system), validating photos, and RAMS.
  • Team Leadership: Set KPI targets, mentor, and develop both full-time and contracted teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in maintenance operations or project management.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
