1st Step Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established, successful, and expanding M&E Installation Contractor in Bristol

THE COMPANY:

The company is an established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor that provides Mechanical / Electrical design, installation, and maintenance services for a number of clients. The team pride themselves on their high standards and successful track record working across several different sectors from the Southwest to London. Through growth they are now looking for an AC Project Manager to join their team in Bristol.

THE ROLE:

As an AC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects overseeing the Air Conditioning fit out to ensure it is completed within deadlines, to a high standard and in line with the client's specification. You will manage a team of project engineers that will report back to you. Projects will be within sectors such as: Commercial, Hotels, Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Residential.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should have previous Project Management experience and have a track record for success. You should be knowledgeable on Air Conditioning. Excellent verbal communication and management skills are key to effectively managing projects and the team. Previous experience managing projects in the mentioned sectors would be ideal.

THE BENEFITS:

£60K - £70K depending on experience, Car or Car allowance, Pension
