Digital Marketing Manager

• Up to £55,000 depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team of four and report to the Head of Marketing. Working to develop, manage and execute digital strategy, maximising conversion across core channels including: Web, SEO, SEM, email, social, video and PR. An intuitive self-starter and a collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent digital marketing results.

Your job will be varied one and will involve;

• Develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including Web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, podcasts and email marketing
• Be a brand ambassador and build brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels
• Enhance website UX, increase traffic and conversion rates
• Manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X and WeChat; grow our followers
• Develop compelling social content to drive engagement
• Develop and monitor paid search and social campaigns and manage to our budget
• Measure and report key performance metrics and constantly seek to improve results
• Bring best practice and identify new digital channels and strategies to grow target audience

The successful person will have;

• Proven track record in a similar role is essential to be considered
• Digital Marketing qualification
• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• Use of CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, X, Account Engagement & Salesforce
• Strong measurement skills and strive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication, attention to detail and exceptional copywriting skills
• Extremely organised and accountable
• Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Great team player

What you can expect;

• Based in Leatherhead, hybrid working (3 days in the office)
• £50,000 - £55,000
• Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
