Freelance Site Manager – Bristol Area – Block of Flats – 3 Months Minimum Contract - £250 Per Day (PAYE or CIS Umbrella)
Invision Recruitment are currently working with an Award-Winning Contractor working across Decent Homes. As the company is continuing to grow they are hiring for a Site Manager to oversee Kitchen & bathrooms and roofing replacements valued between £350,000 - £400,000 for a minimum of 3 months in Bristol starting at the start of September. Due to a heavy workload there is expectation to continue past this length of contract.
You will be based on one site overseeing the works, welfare, Health & Safety, client liaising. This will be tenanted properties.
Requirements
- Decent Homes Experience
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Roofing Bias (Desired)
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Available to start September 2nd
