PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on retail schemes in West London.
The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £300k - £12million in value.
Job role: Contracts Manager
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE)
Duration: Permanent
Location: West London area
Contracts Manager responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to identify requirements.
- Agreeing budgets & timescales.
- Attending site meetings regulary to check on project progress.
- Acting as main point of contact for Site/Project Manager's and clients.
- Developing & presenting project proposals.
Contracts Manager Knowledge and skills:
- Black CSCS
- SMSTS
- Retail/Steel frame experience
- Experience within a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to use own initiative
