Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary:

The home are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team in providing exceptional care to residents within the care home. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of their residents, supporting their daily living activities, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist in serving meals and monitoring nutritional intake.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Gender: Due to staffing requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a UK care home.
