Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Salary: £11.44 per hour (Unpaid Breaks)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Swindon
Job Summary:
The home are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team in providing exceptional care to residents within the care home. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of their residents, supporting their daily living activities, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist in serving meals and monitoring nutritional intake.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure high standards of care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Gender: Due to staffing requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a UK care home.
- Sponsorship: Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
