On behalf of our client, ITS Building People (Southampton) are searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well established Refurbishment and Fit Out Client who specialise in the Retail, Commercial and Restaurants Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of 2-3 projects , £500K-£2M
- Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors
- Creating and management of programme
- Client meetings and associated issues
- Health and Safety plans
- Motivating and inspiring the team
- Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained.
- Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts
- You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all preconstruction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a Fit Out & Refurbishment company as a Contracts Manager specialising in Commercial, Retail and Reusturant projects.
Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager
- SMSTS/SSSTS
